In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (20.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 19.Mar.. Public parking 10 m. Location Description Camaiore

34 m a.s.l. >>Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

The town of Camaiore was founded by the Romans, in the Middle Ages it was important to stop the FRANCIGENA. At 12 km the Versilia with its famous sandy beaches, shops and popular tourist attractions. A 12 km Pietrasanta and his art, where Michelangelo was staying when he went to Carrara (35 km).

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung und wurden sehr herzlich von L., der Vermieterin, empfangen. Sie hat uns im Haus alles gezeigt, Restaurants empfohlen und an welchen Strand man gehen kann. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Wir fanden nur die Strasse zu laut, aber wenn man die Fenster schließt ist es ruhig. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Alles im allen okay, es sollten im Außenbereich der Tisch und die Stühle ersetzt werden da sie sehr unbequem sind. Die Liegen sind auch nicht so der Hit, aber sonst waren wir zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und nett, uns hat ein wenig der Verkehrslärm gestört aber man sieht ja in der Beschreibung das es an einer Straße liegt.
