For shared use: barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. 2.4 km long steep motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2.7 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Viareggio" 12 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 8 km. Location Description Camaiore

34 m a.s.l. >>Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

The town of Camaiore was founded by the Romans, in the Middle Ages it was important to stop the FRANCIGENA. At 12 km the Versilia with its famous sandy beaches, shops and popular tourist attractions. A 12 km Pietrasanta and his art, where Michelangelo was staying when he went to Carrara (35 km).

Die Wohnung war insgesamt ok., mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Allerdings alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Töpfe und Pfannen gehören ersetzt, da sich die Beschichtung löst und gesundheitsgefährdend sein können. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber, aber nicht sehr gründlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar!

De inrichting is gedateerd. zeker de woonkamer. Bank was niet best. de matrassen waren slecht. huis ligt op een lekkere rustige doodlopende straat. de weg naar het huis toe is best wel een lange soms steile weg maar heeft ook wel iets van vakantie gevoel. Sleutel overdracht was met de moeder van de eigenaresse maar die sprak alleen Italiaans.

Oasi di tranquillità lontana dal caos e rumore. Per chi vuole rigenerarsi è il posto ideale. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e premurosa per i suoi ospiti ma per nulla invadente. La casa è pulita è dotata di tutto il necessario che serve e sopratutto ha un ottimo rapporto qualità - costo.
