Private: property 2'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.). Table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. Location Description Camaiore

34 m a.s.l. >>Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

The town of Camaiore was founded by the Romans, in the Middle Ages it was important to stop the FRANCIGENA. At 12 km the Versilia with its famous sandy beaches, shops and popular tourist attractions. A 12 km Pietrasanta and his art, where Michelangelo was staying when he went to Carrara (35 km).

Très belle villa avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes. Chambres atypiques en sous-sol donc bien tempérées. Piscine vieillotte et pas très bien entretenue.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes großzügiges Haus, schöner großer gepflegter Garten, schöner Pool mit mehreren bequemen Liegen, zwei Sonnenschirme, angenehme sehr nette Vermieter, die sich gut um alles gekümmert haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hund war sehr willkommen, auch schöne Spaziergehmöglichkeiten und Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr guten Lage. Uns war anfangs nicht klar, dass auf dem Grundstück noch 3 weitere Häuser stehen. Dies war aber gar kein Problem. Die Info ist nur interessant, wenn man Hunde dabei hat. Das eigene Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, nur das gesamte Grundstück. Mit unseren Hunden war das kein Problem, könnte aber eines für andere Hundebesitzer sein. Man ist abseits vom Trubel, kann aber auch ganz schnell ins Leben von Lido de Camaiore.

Villa très confortable pour 6, spacieuse, très propre,cadre magnifique et calme Espaces extérieurs bien aménagés La maison reste fraîche même en cas de fortes chaleurs Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles, très réactifs Seul petit bémol, l'état de la piscine,qui est vieillissante Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !!!

Der Name des Ferienhauses "Versilia" ist vor Ort nirgends ersichtlich.

Die Poolreinigung sollte 2 mal die Woche vorgenommen werden. Gereinigt wurde er aber nicht.Es wurde immer nur Wasser aufgefüllt.Bei niedrigem Wasser kam es immer zu blubbernden Geräuschen. Die Schlafzimmer im Keller, (im Normalfall auch okay) rochen doch sehr muffig durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.In einem Zimmer war Schimmel an der Wand, was leider erst bei der Abreise durch die Grundreinigung aufgefallen ist. Sehr viel Hundegebell. Italienisch sollte man besser können. Englisch ging nict.
