House maid 2 times per week (included). Parking on the premises, public parking 80 m on the road. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Questa villetta, pur essendo piccina, è dotata di tutti i comforts: sia all’interno che all’esterno con un patio e un giardino davvero gradevoli. La posizione è ottima: vicino al mare, ma non nella confusione del centro. Purtroppo, dei vicini maleducati hanno tenuto spesso la musica ad alto volume, di giorno e anche di notte.
