Das Haus ist für erweiterte Familien sehr geräumig mit grossem Garten. Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Toller Strand, 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Grosser Kinderspielplatz 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Autozufahrt sehr eng. Leider war auf zwei Nachbargrundstücken viel Baulärm.
