On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase). Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Single-family house "La Sperduta", detached. 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza di Montignoso, 9 km from the centre of Massa, outside the resort, 47 km from the centre of Pisa, in a secluded position on a slope, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: terraced garden, 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. 1.3 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Massa" 9 km, sandy beach "Cinquale" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 12 km, Forte dei Marmi 11 km, Viareggio 24 km, Lucca 48 km, Carrara Fantiscritti (cave di marmo) 19 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 59 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 37 km, Torre del Lago 30 km. Please note: car recommended.

Historical resort with 10'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 4 km from the sea, situated at the foot of the Alpi Apuane, on a slope, in a convenient position, 5 km south from Massa, 50 km north-west from Pisa. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus, interessantes Grundstück mit tollem Garten. Super Ausblick, aber interessante Zufahrt. Angst sollte man nicht haben, aber es lohnt sich. Sehr nette Vermieter, jeden Tag ansprechbar. Weiter zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden da, die haben sich absolut wohlgefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes, etwas abgelegenes Ferienhäuschen in den Bergen hinter der Versilia-Küste. Gemütlich, eher old-style eingerichtet, sehr viel Platz auf 2 Etagen. Küche und Bad, auch die Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts Wesentliches. Gerne wieder. Die Zufahrt ist ziemlich steil und kurvig und die letzten hundert Meter sehr eng für heutige Autos. Vermieter sind sehr nett und begrüßen und weisen persönlich ein (nur italienisch). Achtung: Handtücher mitbringen!

Super schönes ruhiges Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben alles super sauber gemacht. Es ist wirklich sehr schön und alles da was man braucht. Wer mit einem großerem Auto kommt, der sollte besser vor dem Gartentor parken, da es vor dem Haus sehr eng ist. Aber der Weg Zufluss dauert keine Minute. Es ist wirklich wunderschön dort

Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr idyllisch, zwischen Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen. Weg zum Grundstück/Parkplatz ist sehr eng (nicht größer als VW Golf).Der Vermieter ist jeden Tag am Objekt!Die Ausstattung + Mobiliar sind in die Jahre gekommen.Abends draußen sitzen, ohne Mückenstiche zu bekommen, war nicht möglich.Die Strände sind in ca. 15 Min. mit Auto erreichbar. Supermärkte in Massa ca. 20 Min. entfernt (Penny,Lidl,Carrefour,Conad )Der.

Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist man hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt abgelegen an einem Berg. Man ist aber mit dem Auto trotzdem in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Das Haus war sauber und wir haben alles nötige vorgefunden. Luxus kann man aber nicht erwarten. Um im Haus von den Schlafzimmern oben nach unten zu kommen muss man über eine steile und schmale Wendeltreppe zur Küche/Toilette/Dusche oder man nutzt eine Treppe außen im Garten. Toll fanden wir, das die überall im Garten wachsenden Zitronen verwenden durften. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die netten Besitzer.
