Il faut 1 voiture, car pas de commodités à proximité directe. Le quartier est luxueux et très agréable, à environ 15 minutes à pied des belles criques pour se promener si bonne condition physique. La résidence est très bien entretenue. Piscine accessible à toute heure, eau non chauffée, mais très bonne température. L'appartement est sur 2 niveaux, très grandes terrasses loggia et solarium. 3 chambres, 2 salles d'eau, 1 salle de bain. Cuisine équipée gaz. Seul bémol : bruit de l'échangeur air-air
