Vizcondado de Cabanyes 3 km from Calonge: House "Cabanyes", 2 storeys. On a slope, 7 km from the sea, located by a road. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Playa de Sat Antoni de Calonge" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course 8 km, riding stable 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Sloping garden is not fenced.

Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.

Hier 8 dagen verbleven in de 2e week van September 2024.(veel wespen) Nette villa voorzien van alle gemakken. Prima bedden/matrassen. Enkele punten waar wij zouden veranderen/verbeteren als we zo'n villa zelf zouden bezitten. Als eerste; een extra doucheruimte waar je niet in een ligbad hoeft te staan bijbouwen. Als tweede; de begroeiing om het huis snoeien en lager houden, + enkele bomen welke het uitzicht naar de zee belemmeren inkorten of totaal verwijderen. Verbetering van het uitzicht.

Rustige ligging in een wijk met woningen vooral gebruikt als vakantiewoning. Er is wel wat geluid van anderen in de wijk. Het huis was schoon. Er waren wel insecten: buiten veel wespen, en binnen veel muggen en grote oorkruipers die uit een gat bij een lamp in het plafond bleken te vallen. Buiten is een klein zwembad, met zeer schoon water. Keuken was redelijk goed voorzien. In beschrijving van het huis voor onze boeking stond dat er airco aanwezig was maar dat was niet aanwezig helaas.

Das Haus in der Gesamtbetrachtung sehr toll und bringt fast alles mit was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Nur wenn man für 6 Personen etwas anbietet, sollte es auch die genügende Anzahl an Liegestühle haben. Das Wetter war bis auf ein paar wenige Tage toll, demnach verstehen wir auch nicht weshalb der Pool so eiskalt war?! Aber ansonsten, ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub in dieser Liegenschaft.

Tout était parfait , magnifique paysage , pas loins de plusieurs endroits en voiture. Point négatif = wifi fonctionne 1x sur 2.présence de sanglier chaque soir ( famille de 9 sangliers ) pas évident pour les enfants et non plus pour les adultes ! Privée de soirée à l extérieur de la maison. Ils en peuvent rien mais j estime qu un dédommagement aurait été correcte après avoir prévenu et Qu on nous a promis de faire quelque chose mais rien à été fait. Sangliers tout les soirs à l intérieur.
