Bel emplacement et ville familiale très agréable mais l'appartement mériterait d'être beaucoup mieux isolé du bruit et l'entretien/nettoyage mieux réalisé. Ne pas y aller en pensant dormir tranquillement.

Nous regrettons les nuisances sonores dues au bar et au restaurant mentionnées dans la description, il s'agit hélas d'un facteur externe que nous ne pouvons pas influencer. La cuisine et le salon ont été rénovés cet hiver et nous espérons avoir la chance de vous accueillir à nouveau.

An sich eine schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Macken zb das Zimmer Doppelbett was nach der Küche kommt ist sehr klein. Schlimm und zwar ganz schlimm waren die Geräusche die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über die Restaurants und da ich mir zwei kleinen Kinder da war eine Horror. Mein Fazit ich komme hier mit kleinen Kinder nicht mehr hin. Meine Schwester war auch mit uns sie möchte evtl wieder hin da ihre Kinder auch schon älter sind und sich nicht ganz so Gestört fühlten. Der Blick aus dem ziemlich großen Balkon ist traumhaft die Wohnungsausstattung reichlich.

Présence d'un bar en rez de chaussé non signalé donc tres bruyant jusque tard le soir: 1h du matin ! Acceuil sans état des lieux -? convocation de l'agence des le lundi suivant pour constater ce qui n'allait pas. chaise longue ext HS - salle de bains bloc porte cassé: Risque pour la paroi en verre de la douche! store ext chambre 2 HS - fermeture sécurité ! de 2 baies vitrées du balcon HS non verrouillable: Risque d'intrusion par balcon. Grille pain HS faisant disjoncter-déplacement de l'agence du lundi sans photos ni notes et sans re-intervention ! pour pallier aux manquements. sans éclairage couloir 2eme étage acces porte entrée depuis ascenceur: 5 jours ! avec personne à mobilité réduite ! Quel est le role de l'agence sur place ?

Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Strand war unglaublich schön. Auch war das Treppenhaus immer sauber. Etwas gestört hatte uns es das direkt unter der Wohnung zwei Restaurants waren wo es auch teilweise sehr lange laut war.Wenn man kein Stellplatz hat ist gerade am Wochenende das Parkplatz suchen sehr zeitaufwendig. Bei Fragen und Problemen konnte man dort das Büro gut erreichen und es wurde nach Möglichkeit ausgeholfen.

Algunas puertas tocan en el suelo. La cafetera no es la que sale en la informacion. La tapa del water está suelta. Seria conveniente algun toldo en la terraza. La mampara no cierra bien y sale el agua de la ducha.
