Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 70 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, sandy beach "Conil de la Frontera" 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
