House "Täppan". 6 km from the centre of Bromölla, 5 km from the centre of Sölvesborg, 30 km from the centre of Kristianstad, in the residential district, 150 m from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'200 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn and plants. Private: property 200 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, railway station "Bromölla" 6 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 145 km, sandy beach 1.6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Diese süße stuga können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Ein richtig gemütliches Häuschen in einer Traumlage. Aussicht auf einen Ostsee-Arm und einen kleinen Jachthafen und dazu himmlische Ruhe. Die Vermieter B. und L. sind supernett und die Verständigung war aufgrund meiner schwedischen Sprachkenntnisse problemlos. Die beiden können aber auch Deutsch sprechen. Ein Auto oder Fahrräder sind aber empfehlenswert...

Schöne Unterkunft in toller UmgebungClaudia T.

Das Ferienhaus ist ideal für zwei Personen. Alles ist wie beschrieben und sehr idyllisch gelegen. Man hat von der Terrasse einen herrlichen Blick über das Wasser und wir konnten prima abschalten. Leider ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und vor allem in den Schränken war es nicht so sauber. Trotzdem ist alles da, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir waren 8 Tage zu 2 Personen in der Unterkunft und mehr als zufrieden. Sehr nette Vermieter die sehr zurückhaltend waren und nie gestört haben. Die Lage ist sehr schön, nur 100 Meter zum Wasser. Allerdings würde ich hier wirklich nur für zwei und nicht für 4 Personen buchen. Das Sofa wäre nicht zum Schlafen gut geeignet und auch gibt es nicht genug Platz für Kleidung bei mehr als 2 Personen.

Treffen 16.00/17.00 Uhr Um 16.20 Uhr, keiner zu Hause. An der Türe hing ein Zettel. Wir sind nicht zu Hause, Blockhaus offen, Schlüssel liegt auf dem Tisch. Als wir dann zum Einkauf losfahren wollten, kamen 4 Leute. HE HE, mehr nicht. Wer ist Herr J. ja ich. Wifi geht nicht, er meinte nur kaputt Parken unter einem Baum mit Läusen drin, die meinen ganzen Autolack verklebten. Am zweiten Tag stand eine alte verrostete Landmaschine vor der Terrasse. bitte wegfahren er lacht ...

This holiday hut contains all needs. It is well located not as close to the sea as we expected but with view to the water and the nearby marina. Some items needs upgrading, the cloth hanger in the hall was falling apart, the kitchen exhaust fan had an electric fault (We were informed of this by the owner). The TV connection had hundreds of German channels but we could not find any English channels. The WIFI was useless. But overall we were very satisfied with the rental.

Klein und fein direkte Sicht auf die Ostsee. Heizung funktioniert im Winter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Viele Informationen für Ausflüge vor Ort. Ideal für bis zu 2 Personen. Schöne Terasse.
