Simple and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Upper floor: (steep stair) open living/sleeping room with curtain with 3 beds and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Separate entrance. Kitchen/living accessible by stairs. Bedroom accessible by a steep staircase without bannister. Not recommended for the elderly or young children. Wooden floors.

Oberterzen: Enjoy a holiday comfortable surrounded by rabbits, chickens, cats and dogs. Child friendly working farm "Gubser", 630 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden. Patio, terrace. In the house: lounge, table tennis, playroom, table football, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Unterterzen" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Walensee" 3 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, ski school 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flumserberg 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Walensee 3 km. Hiking paths: Flumserberg. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Location Description Oberterzen

671 - 2'222 m a.s.l. >>Small idylli mountain village, on top of a hill with beautiful view. In the resort: grocery, restaurant. Access: motorway A3 Zürich - Chur, exit number 47 "Murg" 7 km from Oberterzen. Then road Unterterzen - Oberterzen. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Zürich - Chur. Railway station "Unterterzen" 3 km. Bus connection. Incredible view over Churfirsten and the lake Walen.

Summer

All watersports available in Walenstadt 9 - 10 km. Bathing lake, 3 km from the resort. Outdoor swimming pool 9 km. Diving, sailing, sailing school, rowing. 1 cableways, hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground. Excursions by boat on the lake Walen and also to Quinten (car free village).

Winter

Ski-region Flumserberge, total of 17 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts. Total 65 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten from 2 years old. 19 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths 22 km. Toboggan runs (long 3 km). Dogs sleighs, snow shoe walks.
