Der erste Eindruck ist oft entscheidend. Er war sehr positiv, ein großer Wohn-Schlafraum mit viel Bewegungsfläche, 2 breite Schrankklappbetten mit sehr guten Matratzen, ausreichende Schränke, runder Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen, Sofa, gutes Fernsehbild, die Küche mit Tageslichtfenster ist wirklich ausreichend ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, das Bad klein aber gut funktionsfähig, breiter Eingang mit Garderobe und der gern benutzte Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne, kleine Wohnung. Nur zehn Minuten zu Fuss an die Promenade. Parkplätze in blauer Zone. Karten müssen bei Polizei gelöst werden oder Karte Parkhaus wird organisiert. Ca. 400m bis zur Wohnung. Keine Steckdose im Badezimmer. Sonst ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert.
