Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, double hand-basin and with corner bath. Open kitchen (4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, 1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. In summer, parking space for 2 cars. In winter, parking space for 1 car depending on the snow cover.

In the district of Pré Ruffin, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-east facing position. For shared use: property 1'100 m2. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 230 m, restaurant, bar 150 m, bakery 230 m, café 150 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ovronnaz Centre" 230 m, thermal baths 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 1 km, slopes 700 m, ski rental, ski bus stop, ski school 130 m, ski-kindergarten 150 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz. The apartment on the ground floor may be occupied.
