Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar 290 m, bakery 280 m, café 290 m, bus stop "Cours Tartas 1" 240 m, railway station "Arcachon" 1 km, sandy beach "Thiers" 350 m, park "Mauresque" 750 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 2.3 km. Sports harbour 2.9 km, golf course (18 hole) 11.4 km. Nearby attractions: Dune du Pyla 9 km, Marché Municipal 500 m, Observatoire Sainte Cécile 600 m, Navette Maritime pour le Cap Ferret 750 m, Casino 1 km, Eratopia 9.4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Magdeleine 10.7 km, Lac de Cazaux 16.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Maison mignonne et vraiment très bien placée. Vraiment un beau potentiel gâché par un manque évident d'investissement, meme de faible importance

Médiocre et insalubre christian r.

A part la situation (proche plage et commerces) l’habitation est obsolète, c’est sale (il faut un énorme décrassage) la terrasse dans le même état et le salon de jardin complètement usé et limite dangereux car on se blesse avec les morceaux qui se désagrègent. Le frigo minuscule (pour 2 voir 3 personnes) obligé de faire les courses de frais tous les jours. Congélateur qui se limite à un mini bac . On ne peut rien congeler

Nous avons d'abord choisi cette maison pour sa situation géographique (proche de la plage, des commerces et de la gare, car nous sommes venus en transports en communs). L'agencement de la maison est idéal et la cour n'a aucun vis-à-vis. Non précisé dans l'annonce, mais il y a 2 WC (1 séparé, et un autre dans la salle d'eau). Seuls petits regrets : - une des chambres est un peu petite ; - le réfrigérateur, normalement pour 6, est petit également. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
