Please note: suitable for families. 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher.

Child friendly, comfortable terraced house "Olešná", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the edge of the forest, 500 m from the lake. Private: garden (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop, outdoor swimming pool 17 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km, swimming bay 2 km, natural swimming pond 500 m. Tennis 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Bernartice

579 m a.s.l. >>Health resort and summer holiday resort. All shops, restaurants etc. in Písek, 12 km. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre at 12 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Located by a lake and close to extensive forests. Due to its location it is perfectly suited for excursions into the Vltava river valley, the largest dam (Orlik, 25km), Zvikov 15km and also to the historic town of Pisek.

Sehr sauberes Haus, alles wirklich so wie beschrieben. Der Pool war Klasse und reicht völlig aus zum abkühlen. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Die sitzecke im Garten hat leider keine Beleuchtung, mit langlebigen Kerzen wird es trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank für super nette und freundliche Betreuung. Vermieterin ist jederzeit auch erreichbar, falls man Fragen hat.

Ein gepflegtes Haus und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Ein mehrsprachiges Fernsehprogramm wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag und der Einbau einer Wäscheschleuder paralell zu der Campingwaschmaschine. Sonst blieben keine Wünsche offen und der Pool war ein Traum.

-Sehr sauber, -Bäder und WC waren neu -Küche war komplett eingerichtet (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster,Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck usw.) -Pool wurde mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. -Zaun war 100% Hundesicher -Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, war bei Problemen innerhalb von 5 Minuten vor Ort -Internet sehr schnell und zuverlässig (Sky, Amazon Prime konnte man problemlos streamen) -einzigster kleiner Kritikpunkt, der Grill sollte mal erneuert werden.

Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, überschaubar und sehr gepflegt, einschließlich des Pools. Auch das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch mit der Ausstattung waren wir rundum zufrieden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch mit der Tochter der Vermieterin hatten wir einige Male Kontakt. Sie war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft Pro: Wir schauen immer nach einer Unterkunft, wo wir unsere 2 Yorki Mädchen mitbringen dürfen , und so war das hier . Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, überschaubar und sehr gepflegt, was man auch für den Pool sagen kann. \nDas Haus ist auch mit Liebe eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber. Auch mit der Ausstattung waren wir vollstens zufrieden , es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sogar ein paar Mal Kontakt mit der Tochter der Vermieterin . Sie war sehr, freundlich und bemüht . Auch die Übergabe nach Urlaubsende mit der Vermieterin und ihrem Mann verlief sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar auch eine kleine private Unterhaltung. Was mich sehr gefreut hat . Also wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und empfehlen dieses Domizil gern weiter.

In erster Linie möchten wir uns ganz herzlich für die freundlichen Gastgeber des Hauses bedanken. Sie waren jeden Tag erreichbar und standen uns zur jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das Ferienhaus war genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Man konnte sich sehr gut erholen und hatte keine Probleme mit den Nachbarn. Die Ausflugsziel waren auch mit Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus und Tschechien ist weiterzuempfehlen. Für uns Wiederholungsbedarf.
