In the district of Curcio 2 km from the centre of Colico, 42 km from the centre of Lecco, 72 km from the centre of Como, in the residential district, 2 km from the lake. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with meadow, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking at the house at 50 m public parking 100 m. Shop 400 m, supermarket 700 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "Colico" 1.6 km, pebble beach 2.7 km, grass beach 2.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 35.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. IT2440.624.2+3 is situated on the same property. Beautiful modern home, in a perfect location to explore lake Como. The town of Colico itself is also a hidden gem with amazing restaurants, and a beautiful waterfront. We had a car so could explore both sides of the lake, there is however easy access to both the train and the passenger ferry from the town.

Maison très propre, grande, bien équipée et la piscine est un vrai plus. Passé l'étonnement de se retrouver au milieu de quelques entreprises, la vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse nous les fait vite oublier .De plus, c'est très calme, bien isolé de la chaleur et du bruit. La literie est confortable. Et les hotes font leur maximum pour vous satisfaire.merci

Die Unterkunft liegt eher in einem Industriegebiet. Pool konnte nicht genutzt werden. Wohnung Bungalowartig. Vermieter wohnen im Hof gleich neben an und sind immer zur Stelle… Heizkosten wurden uns nachträglich abgezogen. Fand ich enttäuschend da dies nicht vorher kommuniziert wurde. Induktionsherd ein wenig kompliziert in der Nutzung

Wij hebben een super week gehad, in een prachtig vakantie huis ! Huis was perfect, heel schoon en mooi terras aan voorkant en achterkant. Badkamer keurig en slaapkamers top. Zwembad was heerlijk en schoon ! Eigenaar super aardig, spreekt geen engels dus comminiceren gaat wat gebrekkig. Wij waren met 2 kids, 16 en 22 jaar en die vonden t ooi super !

We vonden het raar dat ,wat wij dachten dat het schoonmaakpersoneel was gebruik maakten van het zwembad. Dat hoort toch alleen voor de gasten te zijn. Niet voor mensen die er niet verblijven.

Een super luxe, schoon en ruim huis. In de keuken was een uitgebreide inventaris aanwezig, vaatwasser en wasmachine (in een kast op de badkamer). Grote kasten in alle slaapkamers, fijne bedden. En het zwembad dat direct vanaf het terras te gebruiken was, was ook superfijn. Niet heel groot maar voor ons prima. Wij zijn in juni geweest, de temperatuur 's nachts was nog te doen. Een airco is niet aanwezig. Hoe dit in de heetste maanden is, vraag ik me af. Omdat er op dat moment veel vliegen waren, kon de deur niet opengezet worden. Ramen op de slaapkamers hebben luiken. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijke mensen, spreken alleen Italiaans, hierdoor is communicatie lastig. Het huis ligt niet heel dicht bij het Comomeer, hiervoor is de auto nodig. Te voet naar het centrum van Colico is te doen. Het is voor ons een geweldige vakantie geweest en zouden we zeker nog eens naar terug kunnen gaan.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln. Auf den ersten Blick alles sauber man darf nur nicht in die Schränke schauen. Es fehlte in der Küche an Kleinigkeiten wie Schneebesen oder Topfdeckel.Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Herd war mit mehreren Töpfen überfordert und auch die Spülmaschine durfte man nicht zu voll machen. Verständigung war sehr schwierig wenn man selbst kein Italienisch spricht und der Schlüsselhalter kein Englisch versteht bzw. nur wenig Würden aber nochmal dorthin

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in herrlicher Lage. Alles ist neu. Alles war super sauber. Das Internet ist nicht immer das schnellste aber vorhanden um emails zu checken oder Musik zu hören. Der Pool war einwandfrei und der kleine Garten gut gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen jedem diese Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin spricht nur Italienisch/Spanisch. Dank Handy und Simultanübersetzer war eine Konversation problemlos und stets lustig.
