Location Description Sperlonga

Sperlonga is situated between the picturesque towns of Terraccina and Gaeta approx 160 km south of Rome and 119 km north of Naples on the west coast of Italy. Good location for sightseeing to Rome, Naples, Paestum, Gaeta and the Island of Ponza (ferry from Formia and Terracina).

Het huis is verwaarloosd door achterstallig onderhoud. Zaken zijn stuk, sofa met vlekken en een gat in, mieren op aanrecht, vieze kopkussens Weinig toestellen, zelfs geen flessenopener en kurkentrekker. Te weinig borden voor de 6 personen die er kunnen logeren. Kleine douchecabine van 70x70cm met schuifdeuren die versleten zijn. Een wc met geelbruine kalkaanslag. Het is goed gelegen, dicht bij het strand en de wifi is perfect. Autostaanplaats moeilijk te gebruiken.
