Private: property 120 ha (fenced) with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 24.Oct.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 900 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 4.3 km, sandy beach "Pescia Romana" 60 km, thermal baths "Sorano" 12 km, bathing lake "Bolsena" 17 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km.
