For shared use: property 3'500 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (22 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 06.Oct.). Patio, garden furniture. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 15 km. The swimming pool is located 3 km away on the main property.

Location Description Lago di Bolsena

It is the largest lake of the Lazio Region with a 43 km perimeter, a former crater of a vulcano. It is situated 350 m above sea level and has a max deph of 146 m.The are 2 small natural islands. The lake is surrounded by a panoramic road which connects the villages around it.

Das Häuschen ist wirklich klein , aber für zwei Personen ausreichend. War sehr sauber. Da die Terrasse nicht zum See liegt, ist sehr angenehm bei Wind ,da man windstill sitzen kann .

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Uneinsehbar und direkt am See. Es waren sehr selten andere Menschen auf der gemeinsamen Wiese. Die küchenausstattung ist gut den Preis sehr spärlich: Kein wSderkocher oder Toaster, wie beschrieben. 2 Tassen, 3 Gläser etc..... wer Gartenhäuschen mag so wie wir, findet es wundervoll

Thank you for these comments. The garden maintenance and cleaning have since been improved. Regarding ants, they have been cleared from indoors as well. In such cases though, it is best to call the keyholder during the stay so they can make an inspection and provide an immediate remedy.
