Beautiful, rustic cottage "Paradise View". 10 apartments in the residence. 1.5 km from the centre of Latte, 6 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 6 km from the centre of Menton (Côte d'Azur), in an elevated position on a slope, 800 m from the sea, south-east facing position. For shared use: large garden 4'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). Stepped path (8 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Mortola Inferiore" 300 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 6 km, pebble beach 800 m (small). Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Nearby attractions: Giardini Botanici Hanbury 300 m, Balzi Rossi 3 km.

Location Description Ventimiglia

Ventimiglia, the first town on the Italian Floral-Riviera, lies between San Remo and Monte Carlo, 9 km from the French border. Sand and shingle beach and a lovely botanical garden. Numerous cafés, restaurants. Tennis, swimming pool, boat hire, water skiing. Town with 50'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 130 km west from Genova. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Strände, Städte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einen weiteren Aufenthalt können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen.

Eine sehr schön gelegene FeWo mit privatem Parkplatz - alles vorhanden, was wir brauchen. Wunderschöner Blick auf die Bucht von Ventimiglia und das Mittelmeer. Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter, kümmert sich sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste - auch telefonischer Kontakt in Ital. oder Engl. klappte prima. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder kommen

Eines vorneweg: die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Latte und auf das Meer ist tatsächlich phantastisch. Auch der Garten mit den alten Olivenbäumen ist toll. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir auch, dass das Haus sehr sauber ist. Was uns den Urlaubsspass etwas verdorben hat, ist die Tatsache, dass im und am Haus einiges renoviert, repariert oder ersetzt werden sollte. (unbrauchbare Markise, defekte Backofentüre, kaputte Kochtöpfe usw.)

Die Lage dieses Ferienhauses ist perfekt und die Aussicht fantastisch. Alle bekannten Ferienorte sind gut erreichbar. Auch Strände waren gut. Lediglich ein paar kleine Renovationen wären im Haus nötig, ansonsten bietet es aber alles, was es für tolle Ferien braucht.

Superschöner Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht. Wohnung 2-stöckig mit toller Aufteilung. Oben Balkon, unten Terrasse mit Zugang zum Pool. Achtung: Nicht für Personen mit Gehbehinderung. Sowohl in/um die Wohnung, als auch in der gesamten Umgebung durch die Hanglage viele Treppen! Badegelegenheiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Meistens Kiesstrand, unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Hervorragender privater Kontakt zum Vermieter. In der Nähe: Monaco und Nizza. Jederzeit gerne wieder, war super!!!

sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort, tolle Aussicht,Nähe eines Parks, Dusche leider schlecht zu handhaben,trotzdem jederzeit wieder.Wir waren Ende Oktober da und bekamen noch ein paar schöne Tage mit.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Nutzung des Pools war leider nicht möglich, unbedingt nachfragen. Die Wohnung ist übrigens für Fans der Eisenbahn sehr zu empfehlen, grins F.und S. aus Berlin
