Beautiful terraced house " Mulini". 50 m from the centre of Molina di Quosa, in the residential district, 16 km from the sea. Private: property 50 m2 (fenced). Patio, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 80 m, supermarket 100 m, bar 80 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Marina di Vecchiano" 19 km. Nearby attractions: Lucca 11 km, Pisa 9 km, Passo di Dante 2 km. Please note: baby equipment (included).

Location Description Vecchiano

The cozy place is located on the Serchio river, between Pisa (11km) and Lucca/24km), an ideal place for a vacation in Tuscany. In the central square there are restaurants and shops. Excellent starting point for bicycle tours on Lake Massaciuccoli (10 km) and through the Macchia di Migliarino to the sea with beach (13 km, dune beaches). The San Giuliano spa with wellness facilities is 6 km away. The popular sandy beaches of Viareggio are approximately 28 km away.

Het enige pluspunt aan deze locatie is dat je heel dicht bij Pisa verblijft( amper 20min rijden) De woning zelf mist een tuin of iets dergelijks. In de woning werkte de vaatwas amper, was er zelfs geen scherp mes aanwezig om groenten te kunnen snijden, waren de douches totaal niet proper en het exemplaar beneden was ook veel te klein. En als grootste ergernis merkte we op dat de eigenaars in ons huis(slaapkamers) zijn geweest toen wij een dag weg waren.

Casa bella e confortevole. In una posizione tranquilla e comoda al mare , a Pisa e Lucca. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliata.

Alles da, alles drin, einfach zu empfehlen. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da und hatten eine gute Zeit. Zwischen Pisa und Lucca gelegen, Bahnhof auch nicht weit weg.

Vi var 6 personer varav samtliga gillade huset väldigt mycket. Trevligt och vackert inrett. Köksutrustningen kunde dock varit bättre beskaffat. Duschkabinen på undervåningen var väldigt trång och läckte ut vatten över hela badrummet. Detta påpekade vi först vid utcheckningen. Paret som ägde huset var fantastiskt trevliga och bjöd på många skratt. Det var knepigt att hitta huset vid incheckningen utan vi fick fråga oss fram ett antal gånger.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami, ogólnie mieszkanie bardzo ładne i czyste, wszystko na plus. Miasteczko bardzo spokojne i klimatyczne, tuż za rogiem dwa małe sklepiki - ogólnospozywczy i spożywczy oraz pamiątkowy z rękodziełem i apteka, a około 950 m od domu fajna restauracja i pizzeria z urozmiconym i niedrogim menu. W miasteczku jest też trasa widokowa - około 1 godzinny spacer. Jeżeli ktoś lubi takie klimaty i miejsca na pewno nie będzie zawiedziony.

Dom bardzo wygodny i wyposażony we wszelkie niezbędne sprzęty. Wygodne położenie do uprawiania turystyki miejskiej (Piza, Lukka, Florencja), krajoznawczej (Park Narodowy Cinque Terre) i górskiej (Alpy Apuańskie). Czystość bez zarzutu. Nieco niewygodny dojazd na posesję, gdzie parkuje się samochód.
