Appartamento in una posizione favolosa. Attraversi la strada e si è in spiaggia. Nella passeggiata fronte mare che è pedonale ci sono un sacco di localini fronte mare che si mangia divinamente.

La postazione dell'appartamento eccezionale Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento fronte mare, il terrazzo con una visuale stupenda, e un sacco di ristorantini con cibo super. Contra: Mi è piaciuto, niente da dire , penso solo a chi ha soggiornato nei periodi caldissimi con mancanza di un climatizzatore. Noi ci siamo portati un ventilatore. Forse il prezzo un po' eccessivo per la settimana di settembre, ma sarà per la posizione.

La valutazione e' condizionata da un prezzo decisamente troppo alto, pur con bella, ampia terrazza vista mare, ma senza aria condizionata, arredi da rivedere, per il tipo di casa (gruppo di villette a schiera), in zona marina di medio livello, servizi scarsi,.

We are sorry that the accommodation did not fully meet your expectations and we appreciate you sharing your experience, which will be of great help in improving our offer. All the same, we believe that despite the furniture not being new, the apartment is in excellent condition and very clean. It is located in one of the best positions in Follonica, central yet quiet, with direct access to the beach, overlooking the pedestrian promenade and with a large terrace. It also has private parking within the condominium, in a restricted traffic zone but with side access for cars. As for services, in the instance guests have specific requirements, our local staff/keyholder is available to assist on the spot.

Ha una bellissima terrazza, amppia, vista mare, attrezzata, ma l'arredamento interno e' molto "spartano". Il prezzo e' molto alto. Eccessivo per l'arredamento e per quel prezzo e' fondamentale l'aria condizionataa.
