Location Description Grosseto

Grosseto is the main town of the southern Tuscany. It has been seriously damaged during the second world war but still keeps all the original town walls from the 16th century. Town with 68'000 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region 12 km from the sea, in the plane, 70 km south-west from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Saubere Ferienwohnung, für 2-4 Personen geeignet. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Matratzen könnten getauscht werden, sind durchgelegen. Da es dieses Jahr im September sehr kalt war, haben wir ziemlich gefroren. Leider war nur eine warme Decke im Haus vorhanden. Garten ist mit einer Hecke abgetrennt, leider teilweise kein Zaun, sodass er nicht hundesicher ist. Nur italienisches TV Programm, was für uns kein Problem war.

Pro: Contra: la manutenzione della casa deve essere effettuata non solo all'inizio di stagione ma le inefficienze, di cui la proprietà è consapevole o quelle segnalate durante il soggiorno, devono essere risolte quando si verificano.

Noi siamo stati contenti essere in questa casa. Ma mancavano anche alcune cose. Strofinacci, un lettino da giardino e noi abbiamo devuto comprare 2 lampadine perché non cerano di scorta nell‘appartamento.

casa accogliente, ampia area esterna, complesso residenziale piacevole e silenzioso ci sono zanzare e la zanzariera è solo nella camera matrimoniale la stanza col divano letto si riduce ai minimi termini aprendo il divano e non ci sono vani per i vestiti l'impianto idraulico ha diverse falle: i tubi del bidè, del lavandino cucina e della lavatrice perdono acqua; anche lo sciacquone del bagno al piano superiore a volte si incanta e perde acqua proprietari disponibili e cortesi un po' caro
