Waren zum 4.Mal in dieser Anlage und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Danke besonders auch an I. und Kollegen, für die Möglichkeit in ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Appartement zu wechseln.

Die Urlaubsregion Costa Rei ist immer eine Reise wert. Unser Urlaubshaus in Sant'Elmo hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand, zur Pizzeria und zum Einkaufsgeschäft sind ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine gute, urlaubsgerechte Ausstattung und war bei Ankunft in sehr sauberem Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Signorina Ilaria war sehr angenehm. Also insgesamt wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt an der Costa Rei.

Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Art und Weise den Abbildungen die auf Ihrer Internetseite angepriesen wurde. Der mickrige Garten war ungepflegt und die Brutstätte von Ameisenkolonien die auch in den Ritzen der Küchenkombination zu tausenden rumkrabelten. Die Dusche war so klein, dass man sich kaum drehen konnte, die Klimaanlage war unbrauchbar usw. usw......

Die Klimaanlage wurde geprüft und funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Vorkommen von Ameisen ist im Sommer, in einer Mitten in der Natur gebauten Residenz, kein außergewöhnliches Ereignis. Wir empfehlen, Lebensmittel nicht offen liegen zu lassen. Sollten dennoch Ameisen auch in die Wohnung gelangen, sollte der Schlüsselhalter umgehend informiert werden, damit er entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen kann.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Großzügig geschnitten, sehr gepflegt, top Ausstattung! Rezeption sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, stets umgehend erreichbar. Die Anlage liegt wunderschön, eingebettet in die Natur. Meerblick. Pitoresker Fussmarsch zum Meer (ca. 10 Minuten). Viele traumhafte Strände in der Nähe. Die Pizzeria der Anlage eröffnete an unserem letzen Abend ihre Saison. Ausklang des Urlaubs mit unfassbar guten Pizzen. Grazie.

Waren dieses Mal schon zum 3.Mal in dieser Anlage, und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Appartement 431 hat uns sehr gefallen.Wunderschöner Blick von dem Balkon aufs Meer. Sehr gut auch daß kleiner Supermarkt bei der Anlage ist sowie eine Pizzeria. Einziger Kritikpunkt: diese Pizzeria .it toller Pizza Auswahl machte leider schon entgegen der Beschreibung im Katalog am 27.9.21 zu. Ausserdem nachteilig: kein Internet, kein deutscher Fernsehkanal.
