On the lower ground floor: small kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and separate WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace 45 m2, roofed, 2 small terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch OK aber der Service in Deutschland mehr als mangelhaft, eher eine Unverschämtheit, da auf wichtige Emails wie Schlüsselcode oder fehlende Bedienung zur Klimaanlage gar nicht, bzw. fast nach Ende des 14 tägigen Urlaubs geantwortet wird. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Tolle ruhige Lage- Ausstattung geht mehrFelix H.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist toll und ruhig,der Pool ist direkt gegenüber. Auch der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist schön! Housekeeper und Pool Keeper sehr nett. Die Anlage ist etwas älter,dies merkt man auch an der Ausstattung (Küche,Badezimmer) und an den Stromausfällen,die wir 2x hatten. In Anbetracht des sehr hohen Preises waren wir doch sehr überrascht,dass man für viele Dinge noch extra zahlen sollte (Handtücher,Bettwäsche, Klimaanlage)

Lovely home near Porto RafaelEnikö M.

Pleasant home in a calm location close to Porto Rafael and Palau, with access to many lovely beaches and in proximity to Porto Pollo. We particularly enjoyed the large shaded terrace for meals and relaxing in the evenings, and we appreciated the well-kept garden. The house itself is comfortable and nicely decorated; the kitchen and bathroom are small and would benefit from a refresh. We have found pool opening hours to vary during our stay; when open, the children greatly enjoyed the pool.

Ein schönes kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe von Palau mit guten Restaurants und dem besten Eis weit und breit.

Casita muy bien ubicada en condominio muy cuidado y con piscina. Todo el exterior (jardín, barbacoa, hamacas, zona para comer, ducha exterior y zona para tender) es perfecto. La zona interior es un poco más justa y necesitaría renovarse. Como notas negativas que nos han sorprendido: -El piso superior es muy bajo con gran parte del techo inferior a 160cm y la escalera es muy empinada, niños mayores están incómodos y con niños pequeños es un peligro. -El baño del piso superior tiene ducha pero está rota (en el anuncio informa que es un baño sin detallar si tiene ducha pero estaría bien arreglarla) -La propiedad no tiene wi-fi
