Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Terraced house. In the district of Porto Rafael 3 km from the centre of Palau, 35 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, on a slope, 500 m from the sea. Private: property 95 m2 with lawn. 150 m long steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "di Nelson" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Please note: car recommended.

Garten kleiner als wie auf den Bildern, Küchenutensilien in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit mäßig gut, kein WLAN. Sehr nette Verwaltung und WhatsApp up Kontakt ständig verfügbar. Tagsüber auf dem Balkon Schnaken. Grill Sehr gut.....ab 20.30 mit Schnakenabwehr. Trotz aller Kritik Preis Leistung für Sardinien in dieser Region jederzeit wieder.

Sleutelhouder sprak geen woord Engels. Reageerde niet op appbericht over vertraging. Wel gelezen, maar kende geen Engels. Was niet op afgesproken tijdstip op sleuteladres. Had geen goede beschrijving om bij woning te komen. Uiteindelijk met haar auto vooruitgereden (5km). Geen factuuroverzicht wat betaald moest worden. Huis rook muf. Wifi ww kon ze moeilijk vinden. Vriezer was heel dik aangezet met ijs bij aankomst. Servies een allegaartje. Doucheputje liep zeerslecht Gelukkig waren er horren.

Die Unterkunft war bei der Anreise schwer zu finden, da die Koordinaten nicht stimmten und keine Strassenbezeichnungen bzw. keine Hausnummern sichtbar waren

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung und Grösse der Unterkunft sind in Ordnung aber nicht beeindruckend. Dass nichteinmal Deckenventilatoren oder ähnliches in den Zimmern existieren fiel bei uns Wetterbedingt zum Glück nicht ins Gewicht. Die Terrasse und beschattete Fläche sind schon eher klein. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch schön und der kleine Strand zu Fuss in 700m ererichbar. Tatsächlich ägerlich waren für uns wie für die Kinder die steinharten Matratzen. Alles recht klein.

Villetta con giardino molto carina. Accogliente e con arredamento funzionale. Con due camere da letto, soggiorno open space e cucina, un bagno. Il giardino è di circa 90 - 100 metri quadri, ben tenuto e circondato da una bellissima siepe di Lantana. La vista sul mare è stupenda ed è di fronte all'isola di La Maddalena. La villetta al suo interno non è molto spaziosa ma è perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone, una o due coppie o un gruppo di 4 amici. Zona tranquilla.
