Location Description San Vito lo Capo

Tourist locality set in a pleasant position 40 km north-east of Trapani, overlooking the sea, from which it is separated by a wide beach of very fine white sand. The central part of the town is made up of small white houses around which the new urbanization has developed. Interesting sixteenth-century sanctuary, once a Norman fortress. The town is served by charging stations for electric cars. Important holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea with beautiful view. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Gute Lage. Schöne Terrasse und Garten. Möbel zum Teil alt. Holzstühle im Wohzimmer gehen schon aus dem Leim. Küchenausstatt. unbefriedigend. Altes Geschirr, Besteck, zu wenig Weingläser, alte Töpfe, keine Spülmaschine. Bäder recht neu, Abflüsse verstopft. Betten unbequem. Schlafzimmer viel zu klein. Schlafzimmer in der Dependance wurde nicht vermietet obwohl voller Preis bezahlt wurde. Müsste eine Rückerstattung geben. Das Haus braucht mehr Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit. Schade!
