Comfortable residence "Samay". In a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the sea, on the beach, road to cross. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 14 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 40 m. Nearby attractions: Almería 100 km, Cabo de Gata 80 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
