Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Large cottage "Siebelshoern". In the district of Willmsfeld, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Westerholt, 18 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake, 30 km from the beach. For shared use: children's playground (swing). In the house: lounge, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, restaurant 5.5 km, bakery 5 km, café 5.5 km, bus stop 900 m, railway station "Norden" 21.5 km, ferry "Bensersiel" 19 km, sandy beach "Norddeich" 30 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 14 km, bathing lake "Tannhausen" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km. Please note: car recommended. On the estate animal husbandry.

Location Description Westerholt

The "green pearl" of the North Sea is located in the heart of the holtriemois countryside. Holiday resort 12 km from the sea, 12 km south from Dornumersiel, 15 km north from Aurich, 50 km from Wilhelmshaven. All shops, restaurants etc. in Aurich. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium at 12 - 15 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 12 km. Westerholt has a children's indoor leisure park, where the 40 km long Holtriem hiking trail also begins. Excursions to Aurich, Jever and Emden and to Norddeich (23 km), where the local agency Interhome is located. It is also possible to book leisure activities on site with our friendly colleagues. FREE Internet access in our Norddeich office. Possibility to visit East Frisia by bus for 1 EUR / person / way all year round.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, schöne Aufteilung des Wohn- und Schlafbereiches. Beim Duschen ist ein wenig Vorsicht geboten, damit man das Bad nicht flutet. Die alten Balken fügen sich gut ein und vermitteln eine gewisse Gemütlichkeit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Besitzer freundlich und hilfsbereit, kein Anlass etwas zu beanstanden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, freundliche Vermieter. Einkaufen in Westerholt, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Bäcker. Von Westerholt aus sind alle Ziele an der Küste gut zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren.

Tolle FeWo, tolle Einrichtung, Nähe Nordsee 30 min, Nähe See Tannenbusch 5km, tolles Strandbad, bei schlechtem Wetter De Baalje Schwimmbad in Aurich in 10 min erreichbar. Leider ist die Landstraße teilweise sehr laut

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet ( alles was man benötigt). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
