Kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

2-family house "Am Meintetal", renovated in 2022, surrounded by meadows. 800 m from the centre of Lügde, on the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Bad Pyrmomt, in a sunny position in the residential district, 8 km from the lake, 800 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac. Supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1 km, sandy beach "Emmerauenpark" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, lake Schiedersee 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, minigolf 3 km, riding stable 3 km. Hiking paths: ab ca. 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Lügde

Well-known town with 9'500 inhabitants, 5 km from Bad Pyrmont, 12 km from Schieder-Schwalenberg, 16 km from Blomberg. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Sights Altstadt mit Stadtmauern, Wehrtürmen, gemütlichen Gassen und Fachwerkäusern, Heimatmuseum, Zoo Storchenstation Elbrinxen, Adlerwarte Berlebeck, Kids' club Teuto-Kletterpark Detmold. Hameln 24 km. Höxter 28 km. Detmold 33 km. Lügde is located east of the running through the valley Emmer, which rises in the the city of Bad Driburg, district Langeland and in the Emmerthal flows into the Weser. Further west is the Eggegebirge, northwest of the Teutoburg Forest and further east flows the Weser. Köterberg (496 m) one of the highest mountains of the Weserbergland belongs to the large community Lügde. Since July 24, 2012 Lügde officially bears the title “City of the Easter wheels”.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und lädt zum Wandern und entspannen ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Het is een prachtig huis, maar de zorg en aandacht van de eigenaars maakt het echt een fantastische ervaring. Opgemaakte bedden, biertje in de koelkast, bloemetje op tafel, wat lekkers voor de hand etc, aan alles was gedacht. We voelden ons zeer welkom.

Eine großzügige, sehr gut ausgestattete Dach-Geschosswohnung mit großem Balkon und Fenstern in alle Richtungen. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand der kleinen, historisch interessanten Gemeinde an der Emmer. Die Vermieter, wohnhaft im Erdgeschoss, waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Het is een ruim, zonnig, schoon appartement met mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon en dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het ligt direct aan wandelroutes en in de nabijheid van alle dagelijkse voorzieningen. Eigenaren wonen bij het appartement, zijn erg vriendelijk en staan altijd open voor vragen. Kortom een super appartement en zeer de moeite waard voor een vakantie.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Verfügt aber über einen Treppenlift. Somit kommen auch bewegungseingeschränkte Personen nach oben. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern ist die FeWo optimal. Und ist ein ausgezeichneter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Bad Pyrmont, Höxter oder Hameln sind schnell erreicht.

Sehr moderne Wohnung Pro: Sehr schöne Wohnung \nDie Wohnung war sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet \n. Betten sind super . Sehr gepflegt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nette Begrüßung. Leckeren für uns und unseren Hund nebst Näpfe die auch schon bereit standen. Tolle Aussicht. Ein großes Lob da bereits Bier # und Sekt im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt wurde. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht. ###\n\n Contra: Im Badezimmer über dem Waschbecken hängt wie es sein sollte ein Spiegel. Leider viel zu hoch so das weder ich noch mein Mann hineinsehen konnten. Das sollte auf jeden Fall geändert werden.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht, die mit einer netten Begrüßung begannen. Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den dazugehörigen Bildern. Alles ist in einem guten, wenn nicht gar sehr guten Zustand. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett. Hier sind die besten Urlaubsvoraussetzungen gegeben, sodass wir hier eine 100%ige Empfehlung geben können.

Wir haben die 5 Tagen genossen. Sehr nette Begrüßung und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Küche und Badezimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die schöne Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten eigenen Parkplatz. Wir haben unseren kleinen Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie.
